how is it the smallest thing, can send me so far over the edge. the most minor comment or action of someone i care about can make me so upset and hurt. i hate this. i hate me.

you tell me you love me, but then you’re so cold, you ignore me and tell me not to speak to you. but then you come back and things are fine again, whats wrong? what have i done wrong? could you please talk to me? take 2 minutes out of your time to just help me understand exactly whats going on.
